What Is BREIS?

The Busy Real Estate Investor System (BREIS) is a research driven process specifically designed to address the limited time and/or expertise busy investors have to invest in real estate.

We have found success in real estate investing requires a lot of time. . . 72 to 100 hours or more to get from looking for investment properties to actually purchasing one. BUT it does not need to be your time.

I, your Qualified Real Estate Investment Project Manager (QREIPM), am the detective who lead the hunting process to search for only the best properties that will maximize your return on investment without you having to leave your office or home.

BREIS allows busy investors, like you, to benefit from real estate investment team experts’ time and knowledge. Notice how I emphasize “investment experts.”

Only real estate agents who specialize in investment properties, real estate investment attorneys, real estate investment expert accountants, etc. can help you buy the best investment properties for you.

How I Apply The BREISystem To Help You

Return-of-investment tells you the specific time when all of your initial investment is paid back to you and now your investment has reached infinite return! BREIS helps investors buy only the highest performing properties in the best location and condition in order for investors to recoup their initial out of pocket expenses in the shortest amount of time.
• Return-on-time: All success requires time. I help you win your real estate investing game in 6 hours over a 6 week period or LESS as compared to other experienced investors who spend over 72 hours.

There are three specific roles in the BREIS process:

The Investor (you): makes all the investment decisions.

The Investment Project Manager (me): oversees and leads the entire investment buying process in order to minimize your time involvement and maximize your return.

The Team: Each team member has their own role in the process. Their responsibilities are to manage all contractual details in a way that maximizes your returns, gets the job done, and limit your legal liability now and into the future.
